Booking Enquiry

Minimum booking advance notice is 5 days. 

To make a booking enquiry go to ‘select room’ on the calendar below, select a room option from the drop down menu, (to hire a badminton, short tennis, pickleball or volleyball court select the main hall), choose your date & click the blue + symbol next to the date & fill in the booking enquiry form. We will reply as soon as possible, please allow at least 48 hours Mon – Fri 9-5 for us to process your enquiry. 

Set up & clear up time must be included in your hire time. We are licensed for alcohol until 11pm and you must vacate the premises by 11.30pm after cleaning/packing away. 

Please note: children’s parties & current month bookings payment is required on booking and a booking is not confirmed until your hire invoice & damage/security deposit, if applicable, are both paid.

Main Hall/Badminton/Short Tennis/Pickleball/Volleyball: Standard from £15/hr Commercial from £23/hr – includes tables, chairs, kitchen for food storage/making hot drinks, outdoor space with picnic tables, racquet & volleyball equipment

Hastings Meeting Room: Standard from £15/hr Commercial from £23/hr – includes tables, chairs, mini kitchen, smart screen, projector and screen, outdoor space with picnic tables

Outdoor Space with picnic tables (when hired as stand alone option): Standard from £15/hr Commercial from £23/hr

Add ons:

Kitchen for Cooking: £5/hr Extra Freezers: £5 Banqueting Tables: £5

Changing Rooms: £5/hr Additional Outdoor Tables & Chairs: £50 

CHILDREN’S PARTY HIRE: we recommend 4 hour booking slot for £60 – includes tables, chairs, kitchen for food storage/making hot drinks, outdoor space with picnic tables & set up/clear up time.

CLIMBING PARTIES: fun and challenging activity in which everyone can safely learn some basic climbing skills. Starting with a safety talk and warm up, children or adults will have the opportunity to climb the wall and belay. Great for building confidence, team work skills and encouraging friendly competition! The climbing lasts for 90 minutes, climbing shoes and helmets are provided, and costs £100 for 6, £150 for 9 or £200 for 12 adults/children aged 7 yrs+ If you would like extra time to enjoy snacks and a cake please add this to your hire as required at £15/hr.
