Set in five acres of leafy grounds between Wymondham and Attleborough, just minutes from the A11, we’re an independent community venue with plenty of room to bring people together.

Main Hall & Sports Hall

Our spacious Main Hall is ideal for children’s parties, family celebrations, events, classes, sports and large gatherings.

Hire rates:

Standard hire: from £15 per hour

Commercial or ticketed events from £23 per hour

Around 150 seated at tables

Up to 250 theatre-style

237 theatre-style with stage

Our alcohol licence runs until 11pm, with all guests required to leave by 11.30pm.

Our five-acre grounds offer space for outdoor activities, events and gatherings.

The outdoor area includes nine picnic tables, a target games board, basketball hoop and toilet facilities.

Changing rooms can be added for £5 per hour

Climbing Wall Professional Hire 

Our climbing wall has 19 ropes, two overhangs and more than 90 routes, offering plenty of variety for climbers.

Hire rates:

Standard hire: from £15 per hour

Commercial hire: From £23 per hour

Climbing equipment, including helmets, shoes and harnesses, is included.

Children’s birthday parties

Make their day one to remember! Our children’s party package gives you plenty of room to celebrate, play and enjoy time together.

£60 for a four-hour booking

We recommend booking four hours to allow time for setting up, enjoying the party and clearing away.

Climbing parties and team building

Looking for something a little different? Our guided climbing session are a brilliant way to celebrate a birthday or bring a group together.

Suitable for ages 7+, sessions include:

90 minutes of guided climbing

Safety briefing

Helmets, harnesses and climbing shoes

Experienced climbing supervision

Group prices:

up to 6 people £110

Up to 9 people £150

Up to 12 people £220 

Need extra time for food or cake afterwards? Additional hall time can be added at £15 per hour.

Beginners’ Climbing Lessons from age 7+

Fancy giving climbing a go? Our beginner lessons are a great way to try something new, build confidence and learn the basics in a friendly, supportive environment.

Whether you’re completely new to climbing or want to improve your skills our sessions introduce you to the equipment, safety procedures and techniques you’ll need to get started. Climbing equipment, including shoes, harnesses and helmets is provided.

How to make a booking request

Our online calendar allows you to check availability and send us an enquiry. Your booking is not confirmed until we have reviewed and accepted it and the required payments have been made.

On a mobile phone, turn your phone sideways to see the full calendar and available times.

Step 1: Select the room you would like to hire from the drop down menu

Browse the calendar to find a suitable date and time.

For badminton, short tennis, pickleball, table tennis, volleyball and professional climbing wall hire select the Main Hall option.

Please allow at least three days’ notice for bookings. 

Step 2. Select the blue + symbol beside your preferred date and complete the booking request form. 

Note there is a 15-minute buffer between bookings to allow hirers time to leave, so slots immediately before or after another booking will not be available.

Please make sure your requested booking time includes setting up and clearing away time.

Step 3: We’ll be in touch

We’re a small team and our booking administration is part-time. Please allow up to two working days, excluding weekends, for a reply.

We’ll review your enquiry and email you with:

– Confirmation of availability and any follow-up questions

– Your hire invoice 

– A separate security/damage deposit invoice, where applicable (refundable following a satisfactory post-booking inspection)

Your booking is secured once the required payments have been received.

Payment is made online by credit or debit card. Regular class bookings are invoiced monthly.
