HIRE RATES

Main Hall/Sports Use – capacity 250

From £15/hour standard | From £23/hour commercial

Includes: tables & chairs, badminton, table tennis, pickleball, short tennis & volleyball equipment, projector screen, kitchen for food storage & making hot drinks, DIY bar area, 5 acres of grounds with 9 picnic tables, target board/basketball hoop, free WiFi, free parking for 100 cars, alcohol licence until 11pm (all guests must vacate by 11.30pm)

Hastings Meeting Room – capacity 46

From £15/hour standard | From £23/hour commercial

Includes: boardroom table, desks/tables & chairs, mini kitchen, TV screen, dry wipe writing board/projector screen, flip chart, outdoor space with 9 picnic tables, free WiFi, free parking for 100 cars, alcohol licence until 11pm (all guests must vacate by 11.30pm)

Kitchen – hire as a stand alone space

Climbing Wall Hire – Professional Award, First Aid Certificate & Insurance required

CHILDREN’S PARTY HIRE – Just £60

We recommend a 4-hour slot for a smooth setup, party time, and clean-up.

Includes: Tables & chairs, kitchen for food storage/hot drinks, outdoor space with 9 picnic tables

CLIMBING PARTIES – From £110

A brilliant way to celebrate and build teamwork! Ideal for kids aged 7+, and suitable for adults too.

Each climbing session includes: 90 minutes of guided climbing with safety briefing, helmets, harnesses and climbing shoes provided

Group sizes:

£110 for 6

£150 for 9

£220 for 12

Want extra time for food or cake afterwards? Just add extra time at £15/hour.

3 STEP BOOKING PROCESS

Step 1: Check availability

Use the calendar below to check what dates and times are available. Select your space from the drop down menu, For badminton, short tennis, pickleball, table tennis, volleyball or climbing wall hire choose the Main Hall option. Please note we require a of minimum of 5 days’ notice for all bookings. We are unable to accept same-day or short notice enquiries.

Step 2. Submit Your Booking Enquiry

Once you’ve found a free slot, click the blue + symbol next your preferred date & fill in the form. Make sure you include enough time for setting up & clearing away in your requested hours. There is a 15-minute buffer between bookings to allow hirers time to leave, so you will not be able to book immediately after or before another booking.

Step 3: We’ll Get Back to You

Our admin is part-time so please allow 2 working days, (excluding weekends), for a response.

We will check your booking, then email you with:

– Your hire invoice

– A separate security/damage deposit invoice, (required for parties, events etc)

– Or any follow-up questions

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to be confirmed (payments are made securely online via credit and debit card) this includes the hire fee and the security/damage deposit if applicable.

The only exception is for regular class bookings, which are invoiced monthly.
