Please go to the ‘Book with Us’ page, scroll down to the online calendar, select your room from the drop down menu, choose your date and fill in the booking enquiry form or email us at morleyvillageandsportshall@gmail.com The minimum booking advance notice is 5 days – we therefore cannot take same day, next day bookings, or bookings within 5 days. Our admin is part-time – please allow 2 working days, this does not include weekends, for us to reply.

Set up & clear up time must be included in your hire time. We are licensed for alcohol until 11pm and you must vacate the premises by 11.30pm after cleaning/packing away.

Payment for children’s parties & current month bookings is required on booking and a booking is not confirmed until your hire invoice & damage/security deposit, if applicable, are both paid.
